Mission completion-points not adding up

Been doing mission completion and I noticed my points not adding up real time or miscalculating.
I should be in the 5k or at at least 4.5k points already but still 3650.

I am using Android if that helps.

PLEASE CHECK!

    It happened again just now. I just finished a 1.5k point mission completion but it did not add to my points. Points still showing 3,650 points. I should be 5k and above.
    Please look into this!!!!

    This is happening on Samsung Android A7.

    Sorry but I wonder what do you mean by "points"? Gold or Exp? You can't see clearly the latter.

    It's under the Alliance mission completion, 3-day event. You accumulate points for completing missions.

    Happened again just now, 650 points, my total is still 3,650.
    I am on Wi-fi connection, Android Samsung S8, no error message.
    What's going on please?

    Alliance mission completion? A screenshot can clear this up.

    Points added but it still doesn't add up.
    It's only 4400 now. That's only 750 points added. I should have 5k and more now.
    Sorry, I wasn't able to take a screenshot. When I realized that too late now that the points have been added (albeit still not correct addition).

    Right, so I tried doing screenshots, having a hard time doing the swipe thing.

    My points still not increasing despite completing another Away mission for 650 points. Still 4400.

    Points still not added after 2 minutes.
    Usually points are added immediately.

    Points still 4400.

    No additional points.

    Timestamp 3.38 pm already, points still not added.
    Clearly a bug in the system, not allowing the system to add points.

    That is an away mission. Those are not count for mission completion event. To get the points, you have to do Story/Special Mission.
    Click View Details on How to Get Points to know how much points you'll getting.
