Solo mission? Stand together?

When looking at stand together mastery, I am confused. What is solo mission?

Does It include spotlight monthly mission, daily mission, story missions? (In the sense of soloing it yourself)

    No this mastery does not work for AM,Raid,Arena,

    Except that it does work for AMs. It’s basically an anti-boss mastery

    For real? Dam this mastery is so good, I wish I knew it sooner

    It is a free 30% or 24% boost ( I am not sure which )

    Its ok... very specific and limited use. One fight only and you gotta get there with most of your team alive to really get a boost.

    Too bad team members in AM didn’t also include still alive alliance team members’ bots.
