Advise on speeding up my phone

So I have good phone, but as all phones go, after 5 months of playing I've noticed it's really getting slow to respond. I've found counter moves I used to be able to pull off, I can no longer do so...such as a sidestep and raged shot, or sidestep and dash. It makes for a distinct disadvantage in higher level challenges.
I have an Android OppoR17 pro.
Anyone recommend a good antivirus or app to really optimize performance?

Tbh after a while all phones tend to gather temp files and bloatware. I'd rather suggest you backup your pictures on a card, and everything that goes with your account as far as phone numbers and settings go and just do a factory reset. It's not uncommon for this on PC's aswell as far as windows goes. Most do a backup image with the system partition and periodically restore it.

I usually use CCleaner for cleanup on Andriod; just review carefully what it offers to delete. A factory reset is an annual task for me.
It is presumed that you are running the game on internal memory?
