Mirage debuffs burn

Hi guys, I’m new to Mirage so I have a (maybe) dumb question...

I see in bot description its heavy attacks shall burn debuffs.
Well... I tried heavies while under bleed, shock, burn, everything but nothing happens

Am I missing something? Thanks in advance for replies!

Mirage was basically designed to be the perfect counter for Ironhide. Purify burns and drain power.
