Scorponok signature bug...?

It seems at the beginning of the fight Scorponok signature is not triggered
I tried different game modes but seems to be a common problem

Did someone experience the same issue?

    You have to have a venom charge before he will heal back some basic hits. So his sig won't activate until you fill your first power bar.

    And if you suppose it can trigger and the beginning of the fight, how does the regen stop? The description of his sig is readable.

    Read the signature ability, and then read the skills to learn how to acquire venom charges. The Sig works as intended.

    Ok, I didn’t pay enough attention to “Fueled by Scorponok’s Venom Charges...”

    Yup it has to have a venom charge first!

    His signature ability says that scorponok can repair damage from non special attacks
