Replies to Posts in "Bugs and Known Issues" not bumping

I'm not sure if this was intended or not, but replies to the posts in the "Bugs and Known Issues" section of the forum are no longer bumping properly.
For instance, if you look at this thread, you will see that the last reply was at 4:56PM. But if you go and look at the Bugs and Known Issues index, it says "Most recent by ToxieAvenger 1:31PM". This is making it incredibly difficult to track when a post has received a reply.
