Error with the monthly objectives, case closed?

Guys come on, could you possibly use any more ill will toward you at this point?

We missed out on an entire month's worth of bot specific crystals due to a an oversight on your part. I get it, stuff happens.

People invest a good amount of time in this crap, the rewards really need to be what they are supposed to be. Giving out the proper amount of crystals to the people that earned them is not "game breaking" by any means. What does penny pinching accomplish at this point in time?

    It's not that simple. You make it sound as though we don't care. If we didn't, nothing would have been done. The way you're describing it makes it sound like we can snap our fingers and easily sort through all the data to get this determined. If we did that then you wouldn't be seeing any compensation until the next month or the month after. It isn't that easily done.

    Doing this gave everyone compensation. Though wrong, those who finished the objectives got more rewards where as those who didn't got this compensation and whatever they may have done. I understand this is frustrating, but this is by no means "penny pinching".
