Ratchet's slow sp2

Has anyone else noticed that many times when landing am sp2, your opponent has time to get up and fire off a ranged shot before Ratchet is done with his heal?
Wasp just nailed me right as I came out of my heal animation, and it was a successful sp2.
@Kabam Vydious have you heard of or seen this?
It's happened to me more than once

Wasp has that incredible mod, it's named 'Hacked' for a reason, lol.

Yeah, I've had it happen to me a few times before. I generally try not to use his SP2.
