Suggestions for Hound and Megatron (RotF)

I have suggestions for Hound and Megatron (RotF) when they get reworked and here they are:

Megatron (RotF)
-Increase his damage by 5%
-Increase his health by 7%
Impair Charges:
-1 to 19 Impair charges, apply a 10% Resistance down debuff that lasts for 5 seconds.
-20 to 39 Impair charges, apply a 7 second Power lock debuff.
-40 to 69 Impair charges, apply a Shock debuff that deals 50% of total damage dealt, that lasts for 10 seconds.
-70 to 99 Impair charges, Megatron gains Unstoppable for 20 seconds.

Hound
-Increase his damage by 7%
-Increase his health by 9%
-Hound purrifies when he switches ammo.
-Critical Ammo has a 75% to deal more damage.
-Fiery Ammo has a 50% chance to apply Burn, dealing 50% of total damage, that lasts for 6 seconds.
-Increase chance of crit resistance down by 5%.

This is what I think need to happen to Hound and Megatron (RotF).

    I'm afraid those debuffs related to number of Impair Charges will force people to save Charges, making his heavy or even Sp3 useless.

    Oh no, I forgot to mention this in the post. Those buffs and debuffs activate when the opponent is hit with a heavy attack or Sp3 at the specific number of charges.

    TL:DR version for those with attention disorders (like me):

    MV Megatron:
    - SP1 Bleed/Shock 4 sec
    - SP2 Burn 4 sec + Power Lock
    - SP3 amped up with I-charges, Power Drain

    At the moment Demotron has absolutely no tools in his kit to take on WHEELJACK on a HA-style mod, or anyone with a reflect.

    Hound: just increase damage (ratchet too)

    I agree with the idea with the specials. As for Hound he needs more than just increased damage.

    Some good suggestions, but that hound buff is quite weak.

    Hound is beyond saving. A game needs such kind of bottom tier, anyway.

    Thanks, I did the best I could think of. If Kabam can do better to improve hound, let them. It was either this idea for him or "Fiery ammo has 100% to apply burn, dealing 75% of total damage for 10 seconds", which I felt was too op.

    Well, yeah but hound is supposed to be one of the tough bots in the Bayformers Universe, he shouldn't be THIS weak. He's weaker than the sharkticons for crying out loud.
