Is the Titan Grounds daily mission out yet?

I’ve looked all over and I can’t find it. Is it not out yet, is my game bugged, is it only available on certain days? Is there something I need to do to unlock it? I am very perplexed as to why it isn’t showing up. And to show I’m not making its existence up, here is a screenshot from the mail announcement. If anyone knows the answer please let me know.
