Not getting class ore for bot dupes

I just opened 40-50 bot crystals and didn't get any class ore, was there a change that I missed?

    Apparently it just took 30 minutes

    the game lags on updating/refreshing. if you restart the app next time after opening the crystals, it'll show up. the same thing happened to me before and I ended up opening way more crystals before I realized what was happening.
