Anybody else had an offer disappear early?

Short version:
I got the mission energy refill offer yesterday at 1, so I should have been able to purchase it until almost 12 today (24 hours later, time change). I went to purchase it at 11:15 today, but it was gone. I submitted a help ticket (Subject: Where did my offer go - 05285455 [ ref:_00D301HgIt._5000c1uIuUh:ref ]), but customer service was no help.
