Act 4 necrotronus was buffed immensely, when was this change made?

As you can see here there is almost a 5000 attack increase compared to what it was a few weeks ago. I'm sure glad I beat him when he was easy!

    What other changes were made since you guys do not want to share info....
    I notice that he doesn't inflict bleed significantly less and just deals straight damage. I take it you guys figured out that you mess up with bleed healers.
    Kinda crooked to buff him and not say anything and STILL a.i. is dodging and blocking specials with no eta of a fix. Just venting.
