Gold package not available

Hi,
Today I got the 500,000 gold package, expecting to be able to get the 1,500,00 package afterwards.

However, the package is not showing even after various attempts to restart the game.

What can I do to solve this?

    It wasn’t the usual 500k pkg which also includes the unlock next level pkg.
