No new bots so more focus can be on... t3 mod sparks?

Is there a hold up on why we are not able to get our base mods up to rank 4 yet? Not sure if it'll really make a difference, but....

    Dude, we can’t even max rank our 4 star mods, why would we want a 5 star mod we won’t be able to rank up at all? It would be totally weak at 1/10.

    It would be nice to see a maxed out 4* mod.

    Not that ranking up four star mods will really do anything, but it gives some folks something to do. Did your one programmer who could implement these sparks quit?

    Hmm, or maybe the coronavirus is preventing Kabam from working like before.
    Remember, it's a pandemic. Maybe that programmer dude is on a break.

    Why this? It should be a t3 mod spark if anything.
