Unable to Log In to Account

Hey all, it's Bumblebee! So, recently I've been having a difficult time trying to log into my account that I created during the beta phase. When reinstalling the game and attempting to log in, it says that my said account was linked to another, thus leading into me into a state of confusion.
I would greatly appreciate it if I can be provided with assistance to this unfortunate predicament. Please note that I really don't want to lose this account, mainly for the fact that my Commander username is: Bumblebee (along with my considerable progress).

So there is a thread that is going about issues logging in that has a resolution to the issue.
