I didn't see this offer. What is it?

You get the offer when you complete each chapter of the spotlight mission

The content of the crystal is very clearly stated in the offer description

In the offer I got all it said was a guaranteed 3 or 4 star bot. It did not say which bots are in the pool

How does it cleary state anything specific beside the fact that its a three or four star bot? Like Lapras stated above there is no mention of which pool of bots is in the crystal.
