My perspective of Red Alert had been ruined ever since I saw that video of somebody having an Armada Red Alert toy and spamming it's sound affect which made it go.

Not my work. I’ll have to track down the artist now you ask though. I know the game company (Mobage at the time) employed a handful of artists from a deviant art group.
Maybe a bit with Ratchets healing capabilities and Shockwaves repair block skills.
I was looking at that or smoke screen but the “generations version doesn’t match. May do dirge and sound blaster next tho since this and skywarp are done.
