Crystal was not rewarded

Just completed Act 1 Chapter 3 and the crystal reward was not provided. I believe the other awards were, just not the crystal

    Oh yeah, I am using a Samsung Galaxy S7 active. I tried restarting the game like I did last time and the award was not there still.

    There's no crystal reward for Ch3.
