Let us Sell t3b and t2a

Gold is still in short supply, so it's difficult to use all the overstock of t3b and t2a. At least let us sell them rather then having no other choice but to let them expire.

    Yeah my T3B keep Expiring, perhaps some option to sell it for 50k Gold >:)
