Optimus Primal to Premium Bot Crystals

Will Optimus Primal be moved to Premium Bot, 3 star, and 4 star crystals after the Blaster event or at the end of the calendar like CW Megatron was? I started the game late and really want one, so I've been saving my shards until I can't get him in something beside event crystals.

    Yeah, there was a crystal upgrade a few days ago. I already got a 3* from a Premium Crystal.
