Why did the Expert Soundwave boss reflect a projectile with less than a bar of power?

This just happened to me, I am dead certain.

    Reflect is on it’s own timer, for every bar it restarts, Soundwave can burn his power and the reflect will still be on until the timer ends, rule of thumb with wave is to hold back until his reflect wears off, good luck.

    Oh lord, I never noticed this. The way Kabam describes it "when filling a bar of power" makes it seem like it should go off when he empties his power.

    Like there isn't already enough to think about with that boss! Oh well, I am definitely not an expert, lol.

    Yeah that reflect can be a booger, especially on the expert boss because it's reflected SO fast.
