Incoming Fix for Wheeljack

We have just discovered a bug with Wheeljack making him significantly stronger than he is meant to be. When working as intended, each of his Offense Upgrades should increase his Attack rating based on his Base Attack rating. At this time, he is increasing it based on his current Attack Rating, meaning that multiple Offense Upgrades are making his Attacking Rating increase exponentially, and WAAAAAY more powerful than he should be.
We're pushing a fix for this in the coming hours. We're really sorry that we let this slip, and while we never want to have to fix a Character after they are released, this is one that we absolutely cannot leave in game.
