what should i do and what bots should i upgrade or try to get

    well it would seem you haven't done Master. Have you done RoK? What level AM do you play?

    sorry my last pic dident go thru.Rok and the last two spotlight mission is were i cant get past with out spending all my enegron

    Well it's worth spending energon to finish master spotlight for sure.

    Ideally you want to be working up towards a high difficulty AM too.

    You'll want a r5 Brawler next. Both Grimlock and MV1 are good, so you're ok there. I would go with MV1 for the Bonecrusher synergy.

    I cant get a t3 brawler or warrior spark to save my life

    You have to earn more 2* and 3* bots by doing alliance events, crystal arena, and finishing easy, medium, and hard spotlight. Then, don't just instantly forge them, rank and level them up to max and put as many sig programs on them as you can, then forge them for much more forge points. Also, forge the bots into another bot of the same class, you'll get a class bonus.
