Can we ever expect a rework to Arenas or Raids?

Arena, we all hate it, raids, we all hate them, they're repetitive, time consuming, and all around an unenjoyable experience to play.

My question to kabam is, will we ever see a rework? This could be a new mechanic, better matchmaking system, change progression and rewards system, or somehow make it less repetitive?

I'd rather have new content over a rework to arena or raids.
