Experience bar... no way to measure it?

I know this has bound to have been brought up before, but is there any chance we could see this in game? It seems like I have been on the cusp of lvl55 for weeks now.

We get experience in various numbers from winning fights, yet we have no total to compare it to. Could we see this implemented in game?

    I think they want you to be unsure of how much remains.

    I won’t dispute that. But it’s another hidden number we have no access to. Why give it numerical value if it’s meaningless

    don't forget hitting the level up halfway through your energy bank.. killing your chances to clear two spotlight paths.
