Grindor's Heavy Burns really need to be sorted out. He needs to inflict more Burns on his Heavies.
As an owner of a 5* duped rank 4 DOTM bumblebee I would just love to see him get 1 buff and that is to have a shield brake! That would be amazing even if it isn’t a 100% shield brake.
Megatronus, Optimus Prime, Optimus Primal, Prowl. They're so weak. Kabam pls buff them

Galvatron definitely needs more health, and damage.
Motormaster needs better armor, and his damage should be multiplied.
Ooh, Cyclonus, too. Give him a dark field that absorbs ranged attacks.
Waspy all day. He is quick enough, but when facing any opponent with high evade chance he flails. His HP is absolute garbage and for a demo class he doesn't cause enough (any?) additional damage on melee hits. Maybe an automatic +25% hp after he self revives? Other bots heal way more efficiently and don't rely on a SIG to do so.

I'm the type of player who thinks that all bots are great in specific cases. However, I think certain bots need minor buffs.
Barricade:
- Stronger ranged damage
- Longer Evades (Same time as the granted crit buff)
Jetfire:
- Better damage and health
Ramjet:
- A bit more HP (A kamikaze jet should be able to take more hits)
- More melee damage (Slight increase)
Waspinator:
- Slightly more melee damage
Ultra Magnus:
- A bit more melee damage (He's a commander of the Autobots should hit harder)
Starscream:
- His specials need a bit more damage.
Dinobot:
- The sword-bot needs a bit more health. He's too frail.
Grindor:
- Damage buff.
Hound:
- Better debuffs. (Burns and Bleeds do more damage, etc)
- Needs better overall damage
Bonecrusher:
- I think his critical melee hits should deal slightly more damage or have a chance to bleed. Make the cactus more of a cactus.
Those are my "Buff opinions". If you disagree, whatever. It's my opinions but I think they'd help these characters.
