Of course I know this will never get any traction but if Relic of Obedience prevents buffs from activating (according to description) why does replicate work when it's active. Of course trying to use ratchet or any heal bot on that mod sucks but that's not how it should be working.

    I don't think replicate counts as a buff...it is more of a passive trait
