How to get t3 ore-13?

I have top 3 bots 13k+ ratings.

But I never got crystals t3 ore-13

    Just keep ranking up your bots. I don’t think anyone knows really what the threshold is you have to pass. Best bet is to just keep upgrading/ranking and eventually they’ll start showing up.

    Focus on your top 5 bots. I don't think the top 3 bots theory of 12K holds. My top 5 bots were at approximately 19.4K when I started seeing T3 Ore Away Missions.
