Kickback chips before event start

Little pissed right now. I opened 4* crystal to get 10000 hound chips (i'm 2000 chips short from getting 4* hound), but instead it gave 10000 kickback chips... Why?! Kickback event wasn't even started yet...

    Yes, and time was about 12pm when i did this. There wasnt message about new event starting, no kickback in store, even those 10000 kickback chips didnt show in my inventory at the time.

    You'll need to contact support about this one. To do so, click the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main TFTF screen. From there, select 'Support'.
