Raid event isn't giving out bot chips

Done three just now and although my total is shown and is the same, there are no signs of bot chips handed out.

    My alliance mate said something was amiss regarding bot chips and raids, so I took a before raid screen shot of my bot chips...

    After raiding still the same... shows in raid screen but no chips given.

    Or at least a decent 5* to purchase! Hoping Tronus or wheeljack soon!
