Ultramagnus sp1 bug

It's been going on for a while now but when ever ultramagnus uses his special one attack shortly after my game seems to have a fit and freeze so I have to tab my game and go back in to fix the issue. Don't know if it's like this for anyone else?

    I think it is device-dependent, in the past I used a phone where his SP1 would crash the game.

    Yep, confirmed, had the same bug, device crashing in more than 50% of the cases.

    Didn't change my device, don't know if it was fixed by kabam or (more probably) by the various OS updates I had on my OnePlus 6

    Yeah it’s a pretty common bug. Some players even crashed after Magnus uses his SP1, really hope Kabam would implement a fix to this soon

    I've seen an animation delay on sp1 but thankfully my game hasn't crashed.

    We really need device information. Just telling us this is happening doesn't help us investigate it further. It makes us aware of it, yes, but we need more information.
