No arena rewards

I have not gotten my rewards for the crystal arena has anyone else had this issue?

Yeah, I also didn't get any rank rewards for the Crystal Bounty Arena.... Had almost 2,9 million points.

No email, no rank, no rank rewards!

Same here, no rank reward of crystal arena and others members of my alliance report me the same problem
