No arena rewards

I have not gotten my rewards for the crystal arena has anyone else had this issue?

Yeah, I also didn't get any rank rewards for the Crystal Bounty Arena.... Had almost 2,9 million points.

No email, no rank, no rank rewards!

No rank rewards for me either. I have submitted a ticket with support, also.
