FOC crystal shards missing from AM rewards

My apologies if this is posted somewhere else, but the FOC shards from AM yesterday are missing. Please resolve. @Kabam Vydious

    Check that one too. They were in the mail but donˋt show in the inventory.

    Yep, same here. Claimed them but they are no-where to be seen in shard crystals.

    It was already noted and it is currently fixed.

    Relaunch the game if you did not already
