Miikes comments are justified, Raids needs to be looked at and tuned if needed. If people just wait for raids to get 5* bots every month then those 5* will become obsolete because everyone will have them. Therefore pushing kabam to release 6*, something new and rare to get. Having too many players run around with 5* that where MEANT to be DIFFICULT to get is not okay.

Even if the raid bot chip payout was like the Cyclonus month, most people won't be able to get the 5 star bot. That is, without spending a lot. It would also take up a ton of time that a lot of us don't have so there may only be a handful of folks who do it.
In reality, people would need a large cache of bot crystals saved up to open in addition to doing bot arenas plus the raid event (at Cyclonus payout levels) to even have a remote shot at hitting 1M in chips.

Folks can run around with as many 5* dupes as they want, it won’t make a massive impact when the rank up materials are hidden behind a paywall.......
A well duped, max forged, max rank 4* is still superior to a r2 5*. Which is why despite having a few 5* myself, still focusing on building and forging into my 4* because those 5* rank up materials aren’t going to come free for a while no matter how much I grind.
If a f2p player gets their hands on a decent 5* roster then they’ve earned it, just as much as any p2p player. It still takes skill to succeed in this game, even more so when your energon savings are on the line and you don’t want to use your wallet as backup. I blitzed far too much energon on master this month, and don’t regret it even if it didn’t get me what I wanted. But in no way does that mean I’m dipping into my wallet to back me up. It’s accepted, I’ve moved on, until next month. No 5* rank up material for me.

I wasn't aiming for the 5* as I'm not in a position to get it, but really feel bad for all the folks in here. Basically - you can get this kind of chip and on the next month, "nah too easy, f off".
Today is the first day, I don't feel like doing anything in the game, simply because I'm not sure why to do so. Kabam, you're kicking your old and loyal players in the nuts. I'm here for 5 months, and seing that means only one thing - don't spend a dime, because you're getting kicked out if you want to get something.
The way you've handled the situation is just pure marketing masterpiece failure. And by failure I mean, pissing off the whole community. I doubt this was the target, but this is what you get.
Sorry, but I'm not grinding anymore, 200 arenas a day, to be threaten like trash is not what I've expected. Why should I raid, why should I do anything in the game, when there comes a time, when you simply decide to cut off our supplies. Should I pick up the missing energon? Yeah, right. "To keep it aligned with other arenas".
You guys are simply taking a piss on your loyal gamersbase, further, you're taking a piss on people who are actually paying your sallaries. To be fair, I don't care if I get banned, here, in the game, whatever. After half a year playing, this is the day I can say - I simply don't care, because the studio is joking with us.
