I gotta say that reading the dialog with this new Grimlock mission released today just about did it with me! Wheeljack is just hilarious, especially if you happen to hear the original Wheeljack's voice from G1 in your head as you read it! This was worth all the wait for a new mission this year! Makes me wonder if you Kabam guys were rewatching all the Wheeljack G1 scenes just to nail down his character for this!

Don't take it as a loss, Mixmaster is a really great damage dealer and is often overlooked.
The the main factor you must consider with Mixmaster is patience. It takes a while for his Special Attack and Crit Damage buffs to stack (in your case it will be a bit faster since you have him duped), but the pay off is definetly worth it. The patience benefits, as his damage is increased by a massive amount and you will notice it when you pull off an SP2 and SP3 with the maximum amount of stacks.
Meanwhile, you can always try to apply some acid debuffs on the opponent. Ever since his last buff, they're a lot easier to apply and can allow you to deal easy Crit Damage. And if you don't have an acid debuff for a special, the SP2 and SP3 still apply a burn debuff anyway to allow that massive damage. Best synergy bonuses for him are Shieldmasters and Heralds of Chaos (Cyclonus/Galvatron).
So in the end of the day, Mixmaster is a great damage dealer but requires a continuous cycle of waiting and launching specials for maximum imput. There are better bots, yes, but Mixmaster is still good enough and by no means bad.
