Easy there friends, all I was seeing was the am issue, but didn't realize there was a LVL 2 thread. No need to get all worked up about it.
To be fair, the thread title only mentioned the AM achievement.

Just wish the information was more accurate and organized to better address the issue. This thread title says “Lvl 2” when it’s a Rank issue. No mention of support tickets which would be nice cuz then we as a player base can see what is being said by the support team. I’ll get off the soapbox now.

Me as well. Wasn't sure if we needed to file an independent, per customer support ticket on this. Definitely enjoying the game, but the two Grindor objectives (10 wins in AM, Rank 2) are still not fixed for everyone obviously.
I also have some weird glitches with mission energy appearing/disappearing, since the update. I'm on iOS Latest (13) on an iPad Air 2 and an iPhone XR, in case it's an OS/device-specific issue.

You should stop for now man. I have a feeling you will have to redo those AM fights if you want credit.

Excuse me, I've been doing 3 am using grindor, and upgraded grindor to 2nd rank, but i didn't get thw reward, from the monthly rewar program.
