Arena rank rewards for the past 2 completed arenas
Daily Class Clash was not available for the past 2 days
3 day Arena combat never started
Item Use rewards didn't get sent out
Raid Rank rewards not sent out

Based on these rewards we have calculated our purchase decisions for the currently available Gen Crystals. Please fix this out before the event ends. I bought 5 (1500 gen chips crystals) with the calculation that will get me to 20k chips again based on the arena milestones that I hit and the rewards that I get.. so this needs to be a priority for the devs since the event is ending soon. @Kabam Miike@Kabam Vydious

Continuously posting that the awards are missing isn't going to speed up any process. We are aware and so is everyone else experiencing this issue. We're working on getting this resolved, and as I've said before: when there is an update, I will share it.

I agree we shouldn't need to keep posting but looking from the players perspective problems are just compounding so we want to keep track of what's going on. I do trust you guys will get things sorted correctly but also feel the more info we can continue to provide that maybe it gets sorted all at once.

We appreciate the posting of other issues based around Rewards such as the missing events and/or arena not showing, but my comment was more towards the fact that Rewards were still not paid out. We know they haven't been and we're working to get that sorted for everyone.
We also know that there was misinformation given on Friday about them being paid out/fixed and for that we apologized and I will apologize again. There was a miscommunication and therefore we are working hard now to ensure it doesn't happen again. My intentions are not to come off rude or unappreciated, but more as a "we know, you don't have to tag everyone who has posted in this thread saying the same thing".
I've alerted the team to what other issues were brought to attention here and we're working on it.
Ok, I stay calm knowing that they are aware of all the inconveniences these days. I hope you can solve it soon ... I think this whole chain of demands was generated by the lack of communication ... No arena rewards, daily event and some others alliance event rewards...
