It MUST be Starscream (or I'm wearing pants on my head), his head looks exactly like Geewun Starscream, the color scheme, the "ears"? He's also red, that's enough for me

It helps that the wings of the jet mode are clearly on the back, and not the offscreen feet.
EDIT: Plus, Hasbro said with the movies, the characters will look like their G1 selves, therefore, that bot IS Starscream, since this movie starts the new live action reboot series of transformers

It's starscream, Hasbro said that with the live action reboot series, characters will look like how they did in G1, the wings are on the back, unlike ramjet, who's wings are on his feet.
