It's been a long time. What happened to this thread? Is Jonson still spamming? Are Shredder and Airachnid still making bot builds? Is there a new spammer? Will this thread die?

    Please answer

    Please answer

Jonson got banned, but he came back with a vengeance with 13 alternative accounts! He spammed "die" 100 times until he was banned along with the other alternative accounts.

As for the builds, I stopped making them ever since they stopped Bot development, although I was able to slip a build Tigatron out. But now that Bots are coming back, I'll start making them again. I don't know what Shredder is doing.

    Perceptor
    Class: Tech
    Faction: Autobot

    Passive: Technician Mode
    • Perceptor starts the fight in Technician Mode, he may change his mode later in the battle.
    • Perceptor may re-enter this mode by sidestepping and holding block for 2s
    • Technician Mode grants him +10~20% Power Rate and 20~50% Heat resistance
    • Perceptor repairs 5% of his max health every time he gains a bar of power. However, this effect has a 1.75 second delay and can be shutdown if he's struck or stunned

    Passive: Strategist Mode
    • Perceptor has a 35% chance to enter this mode when attacked.
    • Strategist Mode grants him 10~20% physical resistance and 10~20% energy resistance
    • Perceptor's medium attacks have a 40% chance to nullify an offensive buff

    Passive: Sniper Mode
    • Perceptor enters this mode after holding block from a far distance for 1.7 seconds
    • Sniper Mode grants him +15~25% Crit Rate and +20~30% Crit Damage
    • Perceptor's ranged attacks have a 20% chance to inflict Bleed, dealing 40% attack over 4s

    Lab Accident:
    • Perceptor's experiments may have some side effects on the opponent in close proximity, including:
    + Shock: 30% damage over 4 seconds
    + Burn: 40% damage over 5 seconds
    + Power Drain: 20%
    + Power Lock: 4 seconds
    • One of these effects has a 100% chance to happen Perceptor changes from one mode to another

    Heavy Attacks:
    • Perceptor scans the opponent to look for their weak spot, increasing crit rate by 40%
    • Drains 10% of the opponent's power if Perceptor's in Technician Mode
    • Nullifies a random buff if he's in Strategist Mode
    • Deals 25% attack as instant bleed damage

SP1: Short Research: "Knowing is half the battle"
    • Perceptor enters Strategist Mode
    • Gains a 50% All Damage resistance buff for 7 seconds
    • 40% chance to trigger 1 Lab Accident debuff

SP2: Perfect Shot: "Perceptor fires at the correct spot once Research is complete"
    • Perceptor enters Sniper Mode
    • Inflicts Bleed, dealing 90% attack over 6 seconds
    • 80% chance to trigger 1 Lab Accident debuff

SP3: Cybertronian Genius: "Perceptor has brains and brawn"
    • Perceptor enters Technician Mode
    • 100% chance for all Lab Accidents debuff to be triggered
    • 100% chance to drain 100% of the opponent's max power

    Signature Ability: Scientific Mastery
    • Perceptor gains a a random Scientific buff every time he completes a full melee combo, these buffs include:
    + Chemistry: 10~45% armor for 6 seconds
+ Physics: Basic attacks generate 80~120% less power (yes, they can drain the opponent's power)
    + Biology: +100% ability accuracy

    Synergies:
    • Brain Drain with Shockwave
Shockwave: Power Locks the opponent for 4-5-6s when their power get leaked to 0

    • Scientific Buddies with Brainstorm
Perceptor: Lab Accident debuffs last 1-2-3 seconds longer
    Brainstorm: Coming Soon!

    • Wreckers with Springer and Impactor
All Wreckers: +10-15-20% damage against all Decepticons

    • Allies with Grimlock and Windblade (y'all get that reference?)

    • Enemies with Megatronus and Starscream

Notes: Lab Accidents do not have a 100% chance of triggering if Perceptor enters from 1 mode to the same mode (i.e. Using an SP2 while he's already in Sniper Mode)

Hmmmmm. This sound kinda suspect to Doc Ock...
Jokes aside, I think this could work as Perceptor. I don't think his melee damage sould be super high though.

    Liege Maximo (tactician)

    Quest name: words can hurt
Raid name: the appearance that is reality
    Arena name: master manipulation

Heavy: transforms into a a cybertronian goat and rams the enemy
    -bleed

Basic ranged attacks takes the form of glowing green shards, firing out of Maximo’s hand

The first Decepticon, though not in body but in spirit. Jealous of fellow primes Megatronus’s and Solus’s romance, he conspired to corrupt the former and drive a wedge between the two. Responsible for the fall of the primes, the forceful domination of other planets in the name of pax cybertronia, and the creation of the maximals, this Prime has truly fallen from grace, using his gift of speech and manipulation to further his selfish agenda.

    Special 1: Poisoned words
    Never trust a snake

An energy claw extends from Maximo’s physical hand and impales the opponent. Then, purple legion darts shoots out from his mouth and pierce the enemy.
-inflicts a permanent bleed (stackable), activates legion aura
-if relic of trickery is active, Maximo steals 15% of max power and heals 20% of dealt damage

    Special 2: venomous tongue
Speech is greater a weapon than a spear

A glowing energy claw erupts from the ground, launching the opponent into the air. Legion darts rain down around him as he falls back to the ground
-inflicts whispering death, activates legion aura
If relic of truth is active, Maximo steals
25% max power and heals 50% of dealt damage

    Special 3: The ugly truth
Here’s a beautiful lie that you will survive

Liege Maximo’s rams the opponent with his horns, and fires a blast of energy from them with horns still embedded in the opponent. The victim is launched to the ground. Finally, a group of nightmare maximals feast on the remains
-inflicts open wound, activates legion aura
If relic of trickery is active, Maximo steals 35% power and heals 100% of dealt damage

    Abilities:

    Whispering death
-opponent’s movements become glitched up and their controls function at 30% reactiveness
    -lasts for 6s

    Open wound
-kills the enemy instantly at low health of 10%
-if enemy health is above 50%, all attacks cause a 4s bleed
    -lasts for 6s

    Legion aura
-shards of legion darts surround Maximo like a protective shield. Every time the opponent hits him with a basic or normal melee attack, the opponent breaks his own armor
-inflicts additional damage when Maximo is using melee attacks
-all basic long range attacks fired by the enemy are useless when active
-deactivates instantly when hit with a heavy attack
-active for 5s at a time and activates at random periods in the battle

    Passive:
In possession of powerful relics, Maximo now has a power gain instead of gaining power normally. He alternates between relic of trickery and relic of truth as he reaches a bar of power. Maximo begins with relic of truth

    1. Relic of truth
-all debuffs are useless against liege Maximo, and all opponent buffs will be nullified

    2. relic of trickery
-after dodging, Maximo becomes intangible for 2.5s
-this means that during this period, he can harm the enemy but not vice versa

    Signature: cheat code
Maximo’s legion darts all gain precision buffs, inflicting critical damage whenever in use

    Overall strategy:

-Maximo’s main weapon is not his physical prowess but rather his master manipulation, hence dealing minute amounts of damage during physical attacks, and inflicting most damage in the form of debuffs

    Synergies:

    First deceivers
    -Megatronus
    Gains 10% chance of evading

    Love, hate, jealousy
    -Megatronus, solus prime
Heal rate for all 3 increases by 7%

    One liar to another
    -Starscream
    Damage +5%

    We will be avenged
    -vigilem, elita 1
Power gain for all 3 increases by 8%

    Pax cybertronia
    -shockwave/onyx prime, alpha trion
    Armor +5% for all

    Maximum carnage
    -Optimus primal, Megatron (BW), Rhinox
    Critic rate +8% for all

I thought that since I'm doing builds again, I might as well redo my first 2 builds, starting with Rampage. Enjoy and critique.

    ek6ajh3g37lm.jpg

    Rampage/Protoform X (REDUX)
    Class: Brawler
    Faction: Predacon

    -Bio:
Everyone has a dark secret. The Maximal High Council is no exception, as they are reaponsible for creating this monstrous killing machine. Protoform X was their own twisted attempt at recreating Starscream's mutant, immortal spark and the experiment went right.... horrifically right. Protoform X was immortal, but the process drove him insane, so he was locked away for being too dangerous. However, he escaped his confinement, an unleashed a wave of terror throughout the cosmos. He was eventually recaptured, but since he couldn't die, he was instead to be dropped off in an abandoned region of space, under the supervision of Optimus Primal. Due to the Beast Wars, he escaped that fate but was forced into joining the Predacons and renamed Rampage. Now, he roams New Quintessa, stalking any potential prey in order to fulfil his need to cause terror.

    Abilities:

    -Passive:
•This bot's naturally tough Cybertronian exterior permanently provides 10% Passive Armor.
•Rampage has 2 Modes: Crab Mode and Tank Mode. He can switch between these modes when dashing back and holding block for 1 second.

    -Modes
    Crab Mode:
    ▪Rampage specializes in Melee Buffs,
each Buff increasing Melee damage by 12~15%. (Max Stacks: 10).
    Tank Mode:
▪Rampage specializes in Ranged Buffs, each Buff increasing Ranged damage by
    6~10%. (Max Stacks: 10)
    •All Melee/Ranged Buffs are permanent.

    -When switching Modes:
•Buffs for a specific mode convert into the specialized Buff for the opposite mode.
(For example: Rampage is in Crab Mode and has 3 Melee Buffs, but when he switches to Tank Mode those 3 Melee Buffs become 3 Ranged Buffs and vice versa.)

-When filling the 1st Bar of Power:
Crab Mode: Rampage gains 1 Melee Buff.
Tank Mode: Rampage gains 1 Ranged Buff.

-When filling the 2nd Bar of Power:
Crab Mode: Rampage gains 2 Melee Buffs
Tank Mode: Rampage gains 2 Ranged Buffs

-When gaining the Maximum amount of Power:
Crab Mode: Rampage gains 2 Melee Buffs
Tank Mode: Rampage gains 2 Ranged Buffs

-When Struck by a Physical Hit:
•When Rampage gets struck by a Physical Hit for the first time in a fight, he becomes Indestructible for 8 seconds.
•When Rampage is Indestructible, he starts to Heal, Regenerating 1.5% of Max Health every second. However, the Regeneration stops when Rampage is struck 6 times.
•After it's duration, Indestructible engages in Cooldown and doesn't activate for 15 seconds. When Indestructible is activated again it comes at the cost of 1 Melee/Ranged Buff.
•Rampage instantly becomes Indestructible when there are 5 Bleed Debuffs on him. These are purified.
•Rampage can't become Indestructible when he is Armor Broken and Enemy Nullifying effects have their Potency increased by 100% while Indestructible.

    -Heavy Attacks
    Crab Mode:
Rampage transforms into a King Crab and hits the Opponent with his claws (Close Ranged)
•50% chance to apply Armor Break to the opponent applying 20~23.5% armor reduction for 8 seconds.

    Tank Mode:
Rampage transforms into a triple-barreled Tank and fires missles at the Opponent. (Long Ranged)
•50% Chance to apply a Fear Debuff, reducing the Opponent's Critical damage by 25~35%

    Special Attacks:

    SP1: Well-Armed Maniac
Rampage punches the opponent, then fires multiple shots at them with his Gatling Cannon.
    • 100% Chance to Apply a Fear Debuff, reducing the Opponent's Critical Damage by 30~40%

    SP2: Crazed Cannibal
Rampage blasts the Opponent with his Gatling Cannon, then shoulder rams into his opponent, bludgeons them with the front and back of the G. Cannon, punches them twice, then BITES the opponent in a twisted frenzy.
•Biting the opponent has 100% chance to Health Steal, stealing Health based on 60~75% of Damage the Opponent took.
•If Rampage has bleed in this fight inflict Bleed, dealing 50~65% of Attack for 6 seconds

    SP3: Immortal Serial Killer
Rampage grabs his Gatling Cannon, firing it at the enemy a bit before quickly running out of ammo. He puts it away, runs at the dazed opponent, and uppercuts them, sending them flying. While the opponent is in the air, Rampage transforms into a King Crab, grabs the opponent out of the air with his claws, and slams them to the ground. He proceeds to slowly crush the Opponent with his claws, cackling while watching the Opponent suffer. Now tired of "playing", he then throws the opponent across the map, transforms into a Tank, and fires three missles from his triple-barreled cannon, each of them landing a direct hit on the Opponent.
•100% Chance to inflict Armor break, applying 20~23.5% armor reduction for 8 seconds.
•100% chance to inflict a Fear Debuff, reducing the Opponent's Critical Damage by 50~65% for 10 seconds
    • The last hit has a 5% chance, for each Offensive Buff on Rampage, to Stun the Opponent for 3 seconds.
•Automatically changes Modes when he transforms into the specified mode.

Signature Ability: Is that Fear You're Feeling?
Rampage's terrifying presence and the Opponent's weakness lower their confidence while boosting his.
-When Attacking an Opponent with a Debuff:
•Physical hits have a 50% Chance to Drain 5~12% of a Power Bar.
•When the Opponent's Power is Drained, Rampage Regenerates 2~6% of his Max Health over 4 seconds.

    Synergies:

    -Allies:
    All Predacon Faction Members:
    +2~8% Armor Rating

    -Enemies:
    All Maximal Faction Members:
    +2~8% Attack Rating

    -Immortal Sparks:
Rampage: When Rampage reaches Max Power he instantly Regenerates 5~8% of Max Health.
Starscream: When Starscream is downed, he has a 75% chance to Revive himself with 15% Max health
Waspinator: Waspinator restores 5% more health for each Debuff purified during Waspinator Lives.

    -Shared Programming:
Rampage: 40% Chance of applying an additional bleed stack during SP2.
Dinobot II: Dinobot II has a 30% chance, after using a Special Attack, to activate a Regeneration Buff, regenerating 12% of Max Health.

    Strong Match-ups:
Hot Rod: Rampage's Signature ability to Drain Power and decrease Critical Damage will cancel out Hot Rod's Acceleration Buff and Deceleration Debuffs.
Bludgeon: Rampage's Fear Debuffs and Regen will make Bludgeon''s bleeds and Signature useless.
•Windblade: Windblade''s dependency on Crits for bleeds and low health make her an easy opponent for Rampage to crush.

    Weak Match-ups:
Starscream: Rampage''s Melee Buffs can be easily Nullified by Starscream, who can also Nullify Regen when Duped.
G1 Megatron: Rampage's powerful Buffs can easily be stolen by Megatron, making the Decepticon leader stronger.
Shockwave: Rampage has a dependency on Power Rate, which can be countered by Shockwave, who can also counter Rampage's Regen due to Heal Block.

    Recommended Mods:
Robot Resource: Gaining an unlimited Power Rate Buff will surely make him gain Buffs faster.
EXO Filter: Indestructible plus Unstoppable will lead to a terrifying combo.

So now that I have done 2 builds of Rampage, it is time to compare and contrast both builds. Which one do you prefer and why:

    Rampage/Protoform X (Original Build):
    Class: Brawler
    Faction: Predacon

    Abilities:
    -Passive:
•This bot's naturally tough Cybertronian exterior permanently provide 10% passive Armor.
•Rampage can switch between Crab or Tank mode when dashing back and holding block for 1 second.

    -When Attacking or being Attacked:
•10~15% chance to Regenerate 7.5~9.33% of Max Health over 8 seconds, based on stored Power.

    -Modes
•Crab Mode: Rampage specializes in Melee Buffs, each Buff increasing Melee damage by 12~15%. (Max Stacks: 10).
•Tank Mode: Rampage specializes in Ranged Buffs, each Buff increasing Ranged damage by 12~15%. (Max Stacks: 10)
    •All Melee/Ranged Buffs are permanent.

    -When switching Modes:
•Buffs for a specific mode convert into the specialized buff for the opposite mode.

-When filling the 1st bar of Power:
•Crab Mode: Rampage gains 1 Melee Buff.
•Tank Mode: Rampage gains 1 Ranged Buff.

-When filling the 2nd bar of Power:
•Crab Mode: Rampage gains 2 Melee Buffs
•Tank Mode: Rampage gains 2 Ranged Buffs

-When gaining the Maximum amount of Power:
•Crab Mode: Rampage gains 2 Melee Buffs
•Tank Mode: Rampage gains 2 Ranged Buffs
•Gains a Regeneration Buff, regardless of which mode, regenerating 6% of his max health in 3 seconds.

    -Heavy Attacks
    Crab Mode:
•Rampage transforms into a King Crab.
    •Close Ranged Heavy Attack.
•50% chance to apply Armor Break to the opponent applying 20~23.5% armor reduction for 15 seconds.
•Has a 5% chance for each Melee buff to Stun the opponent for 2.5 seconds.
    Tank Mode:
    •Rampage transforms into a triple-barreled Tank
    •Long Ranged Heavy Attack.
•Has a 100% of Inflicting a Critical Rate Debuff: Decreases critical rate by 20~25% for 10 seconds
•5% chance for each Ranged Buff to Stun for 2.5 seconds.

    Special Attacks:

    SP1: Well-Armed Maniac
Rampage punches the opponent, then fires multiple shots at them with his Gatling Cannon.
•100% chance to inflict a Critical Rate Debuff, decreasing Crit chance by 40~50%

    SP2: Crazed Cannibal
Rampage blasts the opponent with his Gatling Cannon, then rams into his opponent, bludgeons the opponent with the front and back of the G. Cannon, punches them twice, then BITES the opponent in a twisted frenzy.
•Biting the opponent has 100% chance to Health Steal, stealing Health based on 60~75% of Damage the opponent took.
•If Rampage has bleed in this fight inflict bleed dealing 50~65% of attack for 8 seconds

He then drags their body across the floor damaging the environment and the opponent. He then throws the opponent across the map, transforms into a Tank, and fires three misses from his triple-barreled cannon, each of them landing a direct hit on the opponent.
•100% Chance to inflict Critical Rate Debuff, decreasing Critical Rate by 80~100% for 15 seconds.
•100% Chance to inflict Armor break, applying 20~23.5% armor reduction for 15 seconds.
    • The last hit has a 5% chance, for each Offensive Buff on Rampage, to Stun.
•Automatically changes Modes when he transforms into the specified mode.

Signature Ability: Is that Fear your Feeling?
Rampage's terrifying presence and the opponent's weakness lower their confidence while boosting his.
-When Attacking an opponent with a Debuff
•Physical hits have a 35~55% chance to Power Steal, stealing 10~15% of a Power Bar.

    Synergies:
    -Allies:
    All Predacon Faction Members:
    +2~8% Armor Rating

    -Enemies:
    All Maximal Faction Members:
    +2~8% Attack Rating

    -Immortal Sparks:
•Starscream: When Starscream is downed, he has a 75% chance to Revive himself with 15% Max health
•Waspinator: Waspinator restores 5% more health for each buff purified during Waspinator Lives.
•Rampage: When Rampage reaches Max power he has a 100% chance based on lost health, to activate a second regenerating buff, but at the cost of a Melee/Ranged Buff

    -Shared Programming:
•Rampage: 40% Chance of applying an additional bleed stack during SP2.
    Dinobot 2: Coming Soon

    Strong Match-ups:
Hot Rod: Rampage's Signature ability to Power Steal and his Critical Rate Debuff will cancel out Hot Rod's Acceleration Buff and Deceleration Debuffs.
Bludgeon: Rampage's Debuffs and Regen will make Bludgeon''s bleeds and Signature useless.
•Windblade: Windblade''s dependency on Crits for bleeds and low health make her an easy opponent for Rampage to crush with his Melee/Ranged Buffs.

    Weak Match-ups:
Starscream: Rampage''s Melee Buffs can be easily Nullified by Starscream and can be punish Regen if Starscream is Duped

Robot Resource: Gaining an unlimited Power Rate Buff will surely strengthen his Regen and make him gain Buffs faster.
•Harm Accelerator: The opponent needs a Debuff in order for Rampage to Steal Power. Having an unlimited Bleed Debuff will surely help with that.

    I

-When Struck by a Physical Hit:
•When Rampage gets struck by a Physical Hit for the first time in a fight, he becomes Indestructible for 8 seconds.

Forgot to mention that while Rampage is Indestructible, all Damage done to him is reduced to 0.

    Overlord (Redux)
    Class: Brawler
    Faction: Decepticon

    Passive: Ununtrium
    • Overlord's Ununtrium endoskeleton provides 10% resistance to all damage
    • Overlord closes his wounds faster than any other bots, reducing all bleed durations by 50%

    Passive: Sadism
    • Overlord gains 1 permanent melee damage buff every time he inflicts a debuff on the opponent (max: 14). Each melee buff would increase his melee damage by 10~16%
    • Bleed debuffs only make him stronger, granting him a 5% of his max power on expiry

    Medium Attacks:
    • 70% chance to Fatigue the opponent, reducing their crit rate by 10% for 6s

    Light Attacks:
    • 50% chance to Exhaust the opponent, reducing their crit damage by 12% for 5~7s

    Passive: Fear the Lord
    • Deals 10~20% of attack rating as instant direct damage every time a non-damaging debuff expires
    • If Overlord's facing against a Tactician opponent, his chance of causing debuff expiry damage will be reduced by 30% (down to 70%)

    Heavy Attacks:
    • His Jet part may fly faster if there's a Ranged Speed bonus
    • 25% chance to inflict Burn, dealing 80% attack over 5s

SP1: New Toys:: "Overlord slaps the oppoent with his shield before blasting them with his gun"
    • 100% chance to Shock the opponent, dealing 60% attack over 4s
    • 45% chance to stun the opponent for 2s

SP2: Heavyweight: "Overlord crushes the heavyweight opponent with his bare hands"
    • Temprorarily increases his melee damage by 10 for each active melee damage buff

SP3: Invincible: "Overlord shows his enemy what a true gladiatorial champion looks like"
    • Each hit has a 80% chance to inflict Fatigue and Exhaust
    • 100% chance to stun the opponent for 3s

    Signature Ability: Unbeatable
    • Overlord gains an 8 second Indestructible buff when he receives a fatal blow, reducing ALL damage to 0. Additionally, while this buff is active, every attack received by Overlord will grant him a 2~20% Attack Buff which last indefinitely

    Synergies:
    • Gladiatorial Combat with Megatron (G1)
*Unique Synergy: Does not stack with duplicate synergies*
Megatron: Deals 25% of his attack rating as direct damage every time a debuff is fused
Overlord: 40% chance to reduce the opponent's power rate by 20% for 8s when using a heavy attack

    • Rivals with Tarn (similar to Mirage and Hot Rod's Racing Rivals)

    • Phase Sixers with Sixshot and Black Shadow
    Also a unique synergy
Overlord: Repairs 1% of max health every time he gains a melee damage buff through inflicting debuffs
Sixshot and Black Shadow: Coming Soon!

    • Enemies with Springer and Ultra Magnus

    • Allies with Deathsaurus and Tarantulas (see my build or @ScarredArachnid333 's build)

(For example: Rampage is in Crab Mode and has 3 Melee Buffs, but when he switches to Tank mode those 3 Melee Buffs become 3 Ranged Buffs and vice versa.)

-When filling the 1st bar of Power:

    -Shared Programming:

    Dinobot 2: Coming Soon

    Strong Match-ups:
Hot Rod: Rampage's Signature ability to Power Steal and his Critical Rate Debuff will cancel out Hot Rod's Acceleration Buff and Deceleration Debuffs.

•Harm Accelerator: The opponent needs a Debuff in order for Rampage to Steal Power. Having an unlimited Bleed Debuff will surely help with that.

I prefer the new one due to his indestructible effect
