I hope that the compensation will be up to scratch because miss the special mission class G4 mission, alliance mission, raid event, raid shop and especially finish the special mission of the month
I am not concerned with compensation, as I know they will not be of great value, it is historical, never pays off. I just want to be able to play again. It's 4 days stopped, this is demotivating.
I don’t think I speak for myself when I say I am thinking about quitting the game. I’m really loosing it this way. Don’t understand why it takes so long to come up with a solution.

Hi, I don't shop very much, so I don't have much right to complaints or to claim something, but I'm getting a lot bored for waiting to fix this bug with iOS ...
What the hell, this really piss me off !!! It's August and we knew it before! There is Saturday and Sunday and we knew it before! If you release an update on THURSDAY of the week of August the 15th, and you don't test it enough, then you can't make excuses that there is a weekend or that people are on vacation !!! Indeed, precisely because the period is this is you know that your Service Team has reduced capability to react to issues, so, dear Kabam, organize Youselves!!! Otherwise wait another 15 days and secure the deployment of such an important update...
Dear Kabam, do You realize that You released a 7days event with the hugest prizes ever, I meandri T4 class essence like never before!!! the last offer was 7 / 8k energon for a single spark and now with 3 / 4k energon of refills you can easily make 6 sparks ...
Uh, I forgia... Only Those Oneshot that do not have iPhone!!!

Knowing this could last a wile because of the iTunes Store, this is a critical issue for long term players having not seen any improvements for month. I can only hope that there will be serious compensation. Otherwise i am sure lots of old Gamers gonna quit.

Okay changing the language to english works...somewhat. The game still crashes each time after 10min or 15min of playing and gives me HealthPenalties ugh .
I’ve lost 2 raids 61 medals and raidschips, a bunch of ore13, botchips in the command missions and 4 calender day gifts what means i loose 5* chips and 4* double Rhinox and a bunch of daily and premium bot crystal shards...
Luckily my alliance didn’t kick me out so that’s at least one relief in this mess...

We have another problem to add to the list of this “compensation plan”...it’s the monthly objectives.
How can we complete all the objectives with one week less?
