I'm not sure if this threads still going but my favorite is Cliffjumper, especially his Fall of Cybertron iteration. I love how different he and Bumblebee are despite looking almost exactly the same, with the only difference being that Cliffjumper has longer horns and is Red

Scorponok/BLACKZARAK.
Went to Singapore for an Xmas holiday back in 1990.
Was told they had a BlackZarak in stock at Takashimaya, then Asia's biggest mall.
23rd December, I've been a good 9 yr old boy...NO ZARAK.
Lovely ole Dad went back the next day.
He came back with Fortress Maximus.
Which was awesome, but still not BlackRazak.
Nearly 30 yr later, found one in an Aussie Cash Converters.
They asked $39.90.
I asked to touch it.
When the seller went to retrieve it, HE FELL APART. Gold Plastic, you see.
