It will be cool if perceptor is added to the game

    v1rkaxjpxs2n.png

    Bot: Perceptor
    Class: Tech
    Faction: Autobot/Wrecker (USE THE LOGO)

Bio: Perceptor is one of Cybertron's higher-ups when it comes to information. He has served a major role in the Transformer's second and third years of warring on planet Earth, pointing out their serious tactical deficiencies. All in all this bot brings a needed amount of intelligence to a team of those fighting for the freedom of all sentient beings

    ABILITIES:

    Basic Abilities:

    When Filling a Power Bar
Perceptor gains Insight on how to best disable his opponent (See below)

    Heavy Attack
Perceptor analyzes his opponent, much like Wheeljack, having a small amount of time to get a Buff, Debuff, or other temporary modification which is made in particular interest to deactivate his opponent. Can be deactivated by a Heavy or Crit.

    Signature Ability - Insight
Perceptor knows exactly when there is a tactical deficiency
Perceptor has an unlimited amount of Insight he can gain on his opponent, but it does become obsolete data if done too much. It rises in 5% increments every 10 seconds. Insight gives Perceptor a more specific buff, debuff, or other modification that would be in favor of his success. i.e. If the bot is predisposed to have a significant damage against Burn, Perceptor's Insight would specify towards Burn use on his heavy attack, but not have a 100% guarantee. The highest will be 85%.

    SPECIAL ATTACKS:
    Special 1 – Microscopic
Perceptor uses every minuscule advantage in his environment to get the upper han-, er, servo.
Perceptor transforms into his microscope/telescope form and fires a tactical laser from the focusing lens.

The blast inflicts energy damage as well as Burn, Armor Pierce, and Shock.

    Special 2 - Telescopic
Perceptor knows being a stationary tool isn't the best idea. Luckily, this G1-inspired version is a triple-changer.
Perceptor becomes his Arctic study Van, fires a missile, then rams into the opponent

The missile inflicts physical damage as well Burn and Armor Pierce
The ram inflicts physical damage and Bleed

    Special 3 - Macroscopic
Perceptor is smart enough to know when to go out with a bang, especially since he was a Wrecker at one point.
Perceptor fires an energy beam at his opponent, then ramming into him/her at full speed. Finally, he analyzes the remains and destroys what's left using his custom sniper rifle

The energy inflicts Shock and Bleed
    The ram inflicts Armor Pierce
The rifle shot at such a close proximity inflicts Burn

    SYNERGY BONUSES:
Mutual – Allies - All Autobots
    ~+2-8% Physical Resistance

Mutual - Enemies - All Decepticons
    ~+2-8% Attack Rating

Mutual - Destructionists - Ironhide, Hound, Grimlock
    ~+3-9% Energy Resistance

    MATCH-UPS
    Strong:

    Weak:
Beast Team - Beast Purification gets rid of all the status modifiers Perceptor places

Can y'all give me more weak match-ups and mods Perceptor would go with?

Well you’ve done an overall great job 👍
Although Kabam won’t make Perceptor a triple changer cause he’s not one
And he wouldn’t be able to synergy with all bots or cons unless bots in the group get some kind of boost such as
Perceptor + G1 Optimus gives all Autobots in the group 10% more attack
Perceptor + G1 Megatron gives all Decepticons in the group 10% more armor
Just my point of view I agree with everything else you wrote buddy 👍
  • Idw tarn (tactician)

    Quest name: the list
    Raid name: most wanted
Arena name: not murder but justice

    Ranged heavy attack

Leader of the fearsome Decepticon justice division, tarn possesses the unique ability to weaponize his voice and use it to literally convince transformers to destroy themselves. Armed with a powerful double fusion canon, as well as a supercharged chemical known as nuke, tarn is more than capable of handling any traitors of the Decepticon cause or any meddling autobots who would stand in his, or Megatron’s way.

Special 1: Music to my ears
-he wants to hear you scream

Backhands the opponent before firing a devastating blow from his double fusion canon
    -fuse, dark burn

    Special 2: unfriendly conversation
-Words are sharper than a knife.

Shouts at the enemy with a paralyzing scream, followed by superpowered punch into the opponent’s organs, attempting to rip out their t-cog.
-whispering death, 98% to cause 10s t-clogg, 2% chance to cause permanent t-clogg, 100% chance to stun

    Special 3: towards peace
    -a peaceful tyranny

Rams the enemy in tank mode, then grinds his face underfoot. Tarn then finishes the job with a few “words of wisdom” and the enemy explodes
-3 bleed, whispering death, dark burn, gains 3 nuke charges

    Signature: any last words?
-immunity to t-clogg, and inflicts it back on the enemy instead
-when enemy is t-clogged, Tarn’s heavy attacks deal double the damage

    Abilities:

    Whispering death
-opponent’s movements become glitched up and their controls function at 30% reactiveness

    Nuke charge
-every charge increases tarn’s attack by 45%
    -every charge lasts for 4s

    Nuclear meltdown
-blocking for more than 4s when holding 3 nuke charges causes nuclear meltdown, which triples tarn’s basic and medium attacks if opponent fails to block.
-If opponent blocks, his damage received will be back to normal.
-tarn cannot use his heavy attack while nuclear meltdown is active
    -lasts for 8s

    Change of plans
-at 20% health, tarn gains a permanent armor buff which reduces all damage to 40% of full strength

    Synergies:

    Executioners
    -helex, thesaurus, kaon, vos
    5% more attack for all

    Common enemy
    -overlord, deathsaurus
    5% more armor for all

    Friends
    -nickel
    3% more health for tarn

    Idol
    -Megatron g1
    3% critical chance

I would like to here an example on how Insight functions. Like say he's facing Galvatron, how would Perceptor counter him. That way we would be able to determine strong match-ups.

    -Weak Match-Up's
Jazz His high Critical Rate and his Heavy can remove those temporary modifications. What makes Jazz more punishing is that he has confusion in his Heavy
Tantrum: He can Purify those Modifications if he's in a Frenzy.

    -Mods:
Robot Resource: The more Power and Resources that Perceptor has, the more Modifications he can develop, creating an equation for success.

I really like the Idea of a character who can adapt to the situation and this can be represent Perceptor''s keen intellect perfectly
  • @Emperor1854
For Tarn, I feel like those Nuke Charges should last longer due to the fact that you need 3 Charges to cause a Meltdown, but each Charge lasts 4 seconds. Maybe permanent until 3 charges? Also for a Permanent T-Clog does it stay with the Opponent for the rest of the fight? Or does it stay until the Opponent transforms? All in all, I do appreciate some ideas here such as the T-Clog which focuses on his Transforming Addiction that he has in the comics. The Wispering Death sound unique, messing up the controls dies sound errotic, but it could be possible.

For Hardshell there's no flaws I see besides the Tox-En. I don't really know what it means when it says "permanent drain on Power and Health". Does it drain Power amd Health for the rest of the fight? Also, Tox-En should be damaging to Hardshell, since it did weaken him in the show as well. But I don't want to drastically change your idea. One thing I really like is the "Sign of Weakness" Passive, it sounds pretty unique and can do well against Ranged Bots.

One thing I would recommend when building Builds is to use something to distinguish each section such as Bold or Italics or bullets. This makes it look more organized. If you want examples, look at @SparkShredder ,@Optima1P or my builds.

    Lockdown
    Class: Warrior
    Faction: None

    Bio:
A ruthless Bounty Hunter, Lockdown is only loyal to those that pay him the highest buck. Most of the time, these employers turn out to be Decepticons, causing Lockdown to be a painful thorn at the Autobots' side. Not that Lockdown cares, since he always finds his target and gets paid. Be warned though, for once Lockdown is set to hunt someone down, no one, no Autobot or Decepticon, would dare to get in his way, because once they get in the way of Lockdown and his target, they become a target.

    -Abilites:

    -Bounty Buffs:
•Lockdown gains Permanent Buffs when he completes a certain Task:

    ▪1: Intercept 5 Dash Attacks:
Normal Melee Attacks Cannot be Evaded

    ▪2: Land 9 Ranged Attacks:
Normal Ranged Attacks Cannot be Evaded

    ▪3: Land 3 Special Attacks:
       Special Attacks Cannot be Evaded

    -Critical Melee Attacks:
•45% Chance to Bleed, dealing 35~45% of Attack for 6 Seconds.

    -Critical Ranged Attacks:
•80% Chance to Headshot, dealing 50~65% of Attack as Direct Damage and causing Bleed for 25% of Attack for 4 Seconds

    -Heavy Attacks:
Lockdown Transforms into a car and rams into the Opponent (Melee Heavy).
•Critical Damage is increased by 25% for Each Bounty Buff Lockdown has.

    -Special Attacks:

    SP1: On the Hunt
Lockdown kicks the Opponent in the face, dazing them. Then, Lockdown slashes at the Opponent with his hook twice, proceeding to impale the Opponent with said hook and pulls them in for a headbutt.
•Each slash has a 50% chance to Bleed, dealing 65% of Attack over 7 seconds.
•After launching this Special, Lockdown gains a Melee Critical Rate Buff for 7 seconds, but this can only activate if Lockdown has completed his first Task. Crit Rate is increased by 10~25%

    SP2: Confronting Target
Lockdown tosses a Grenade at the Opponent, exploding in spectacular fashion for a multitude of 4 Hits. While those is happening, Lockdown's face turns into a gun and shoots the Opponent, the bullet quickly piercing through them.
•Each grenade blast has a 50% Armor Piercing
•While the gun is transforming, Lockdown gains a Ranged Buff, increasing Ranged Damage by 50% and Speed for 5 seconds.
•Sniper Shot is also Unblockable and counts as a Headshot, instantly dealing 50% of Attack as Direct Damage and causing Bleed for 45% of Attack over 5 seconds
•After launching this Special, Lockdown gains a Ranged Critical Rate Buff for 6 seconds, but this can only activate if Lockdown has completed his first and second Task. Crit Rate is increased by 10~25%.

    SP3: Contract Fulfilled
Lockdown transforms into his car mode and starts accelerating whilst firing missles that land a direct hit on the Opponent, launching them into the air. Lockdown proceeds to transform back into robot mode, snatches the Opponent with his sharp hook and throws them across the map. The Opponent starts to get up, not noticing Lockdown transforming his face into its sniper mode. The Opponent turns around, only to be met with a bullet fired in between their eyes. Lockdown's face shifts back to normal and he does a fighting stance.
•Missle Blasts have 75% Armor Piercing
•Hook stab has a 75% Chance to Bleed for 50% of Attack over 7 seconds
•Lockdown gains a Ranged Attack Buff for the Duration of the Sniper Shot, increasing Ranged Damage by 100%
•100% Chance to land a Headshot, dealing 100% of Attack as direct Damage and causing Bleed for 50% of Attack over 7 seconds.
•After launching this Special, Lockdown gains a Special Damage Buff, but this can only activate if Lockdown has completed all of his tasks. This increases Special Damage by 15~30%

    Signature Ability: Safeguard
Being a Bounty hunter is risky business, so people like Lockdown hold special equipment to keep themselves safe.
-After getting hit by a Crit 5 Times:
•Lockdown activates a permanent Critical Armor Buff for each Bounty Buff on him. Each Crit Armor Buff increases Armor by 3~9% and are nullified when the Opponent was supposed to land a Critical Hit.

    -Synergies:

    -Contract: Autobots, Target: Decepticons:
Optimus Prime G1, Optimus Prime Mv1:

    +4~10% Armor against Decepticons

    -Contract: Decepticons, Target: Autobots:
    Megatron G1, Megatron (RotF):

    +4~10% Attack against Autobots

    -Contract: Maximals, Target: Predacons:
    Optimus Primal:

    +4~10% Power Rate against Predacons

    -Contract: Predacons, Target: Maximals:
    BW Megatron:

    +4~10% Buff Duration against Maximals

    -Bounty Hunters:
    Death's Head:

+25~50% Gold Generation for each Bot you defeat in a Quest.

    Strong Match-Ups:
Cheetor: If Lockdown completes Task 2, then he wouldn't have to worry about Cheetor evading his Ranged Attacks
Jazz: Jazz is known for activating an Evade Buff during Special Attacks, but that can change if Lockdown has completed all of his tasks. Also, Jazz''s high Crit Rate may activate Lockdown''s Signature Ability.
Wheeljack: Wheeljack''s Shield is notorious for keeping him safe, but it can't protect him from the multiple DoT Debuffs that Lockdown can apply.

    Weak Match-Ups:
Optimus Primal: Lockdown may have Crit Armor, but Primal will be able to out Crit Armor Lockdown. There's also the fact that Primal will just regenerate after all of those Bleeds
Optimus Prime Mv1: Lockdown loves placing Bleeds, but Optimus' Willpower counters Bleeds, allowing players to relive that moment in TF4 when Lockdown, uh, had to split
Scorponok: Scorponok's Daze abilities will hinder Lockdown's chances to Headshot and his powerful SP2.

    Recommended Mods:
Nightbird's Mark: High Critical Rate and Critical Damage can amplify Lockdown's Bleed chances.
Security Module: Crit Armor plus more Armor can make Lockdown a pain to kill.

    Spotlight Mission Title: Locked Down

I actually never knew that guy in Animated was Lockdown until I looked it up lol. I really did like his design in animated and that RotF figure looks like a pretty good representation of it. But it wouldn't have worked for Transformers 4 since it wouldn't fit the theme of Colorless Bad Guys from the rest of the movies. If only the movies embraced the 80''s cheese and gave the Decepticons some color.

I still like Lockdown nonetheless. He's my favorite villain in the Bayformers franchise and he's definitely the Bayverse Bot I want the most in the game. Too bad he suffered from another Bayverse troupe and died in the movie he was in.

    @ScarredArachnid333 Here's the explanation

Perceptor will use a single (weaker, mind you) duplicate attribute from other bots who are strong match-ups against his opponent that will give him the edge.

    OR

Perceptor is a fluid class and can modify his basic attributes to that of another class that is better than his opponent's class. As you can see, this is a problem with S-1000 and no-class Megatronus, but other than that, it's a way to increase his chances of success.
